Article 1 Scope of Application
- Accommodation contracts and related contracts entered into by our hotel with guests shall be in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations or generally established customs. Article 2 Application for accommodation contract

- When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee determined by the hotel, which is limited to the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay, shall be paid by the date designated by the hotel.
- If the application fee is not paid by the date specified by the hotel, the accommodation contract will become invalid. However, this only applies if the hotel notifies the guest of this fact when specifying the due date for payment of the application deposit.
Article 4 Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract
- The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.

Article 5 Guest's right to cancel the contract
- The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
- If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, the hotel will charge a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2. However, if the hotel accepts a special agreement, this shall only apply when the hotel notifies the guest of the obligation to pay a penalty fee in the event the guest cancels the accommodation contract.
- If the guest does not arrive by the closing time of the front desk on the day of accommodation (if the estimated arrival time is clearly specified, then that time) without contacting the hotel, the accommodation contract will be terminated. It may be treated as if it has been canceled by the customer.
Article 6 Our hotel's right to cancel the contract
- The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
When the Guest is deemed to be at risk of committing an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation, or when it is recognized that the Guest has committed such act.
When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following:
Organized crime groups, organized crime members, associate members of organized crime groups, persons associated with organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces
Corporations and other organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups or organized crime members
Corporations whose officials are members of organized crime groups
When a guest engages in behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
When a guest is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.
When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
When accommodation can be refused as stipulated by various laws and regulations or prefectural ordinances.
Smoking within the hotel, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc., or not complying with any other prohibitions set forth by the hotel's rules of use (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).
When it is clearly recognized that the Guest has taken photographs for commercial use without the permission of the Hotel. - If our hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we will charge a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2.
Article 7 Registration of accommodation
- Guests must register the following information at the front desk of our hotel on the day of their stay based on laws and regulations regarding the hotel industry and government guidance.

Article 8 Room usage time

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may accept guest rooms for use outside of the hours stipulated in the same paragraph. In this case, you will be required to pay the additional charges (including consumption tax) determined by our hotel.
Article 9 Compliance with usage rules
Guests must abide by the usage rules established by the hotel and established within the hotel premises.

Even if the hotel provides a guest room to the guest and the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
Article 12 Responsibilities of the Hotel
If the hotel causes damage to the guest due to the performance of the accommodation contract or related contracts, or due to non-performance thereof, the hotel will limit the damage to a maximum of 50,000 yen (however, in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel) ) will be compensated. However, this does not apply if the damage is not due to reasons attributable to the hotel.
Article 13 Handling when the contracted guest room cannot be provided
If the hotel is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, the hotel will, with the guest's consent, arrange for accommodation at another accommodation facility with the same conditions as possible.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the hotel is unable to arrange other accommodations, the hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation fee, and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of compensation for damages. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for the inability to provide a guest room, no compensation fee will be paid.
Article 14 Storage of guest's baggage or personal effects
If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to his or her stay, the guest's baggage will be stored responsibly only if the hotel has given consent prior to arrival, and the guest will check it at the front desk during reception business hours. I will give it to you when you check in.
In the event that the guest's baggage or personal effects are left behind at the hotel after the guest has checked out, the hotel will, in principle, not contact you, and will respond with contact and instructions from the owner.
